I appreciated the spacious, clean lobby and the welcoming staff eager to assist. The pool area was delightful for a serene afternoon. I found the hotel's accessibility features very accommodating for seniors like myself.
Easier parking would enhance the overall experience.

We had a fantastic time exploring the local outlet shopping, and it was great hanging out with the families. The hotel was a comfy spot for our group of two couples, and we enjoyed hanging out in the spacious lobby after a full day out.
My kids wished there were more options for breakfast seating.

Had a decent time here with comfy beds and good hot water for relaxing after a long drive. The pool was a nice spot to unwind, and I appreciated the stable WiFi for catching up on work. Just a heads up, the bathroom door was a bit tricky to handle, but overall, it’s a solid choice for a stay! 😊

Avoid at All Costs!
My stay here was a nightmare. The rooms were dilapidated and not cleaned properly. My key card didn't work, and the staff was unhelpful. The constant noise and filthy bathrooms made it hard to relax. Look elsewhere for a decent stay in Boise!

The staff turned a mishap into a memory, bringing humor and warmth to the situation when I accidentally locked myself out. They truly went above and beyond!
However, the parking was a bit of a hassle. I struggled to find a spot at peak hours, which added stress to my arrival.

The staff were incredible, made me feel like I was home. I had a minor issue with my keys but Steve in Maintenance handled it right away, even went the extra mile to help with my car troubles.
It wasn’t cheap but for what I got, I’d say it was worth it.

Had an awesome trip with my friends! We enjoyed shopping at the outlet and spent a day skiing too. The hotel was super convenient with a comfy king-size bed and a nice pool to relax. Staff were helpful and breakfast was decent – don’t miss the 24/7 coffee machine!
The only downside was the parking situation. it was tough when the hotel was fully booked, which made it tricky to find a spot. But overall, no big complaints!
